Surface Treatment Standards:
• Powder coated aluminum profile: 60μm - 80μm thickness (Max length 7.5m).
• Anodized aluminum profile: 8μm - 15μm thickness (Max length 12m).
The factory operates 15 extrusion machines, ranging from 660 tons to 6200 tons. Our annual output reaches 30,000 tons. We produce profiles with width dimensions up to 530 mm. Advanced machinery and strict quality control ensure all dimensions are accurate.
Powder Coating: Features excellent hardness, chemical resistance, high adhesion, and electrical insulation. Widely used for doors, windows, curtain walls, and railings due to its non-polluting and decorative nature.
Anodizing: Uniform film thickness with high micro-hardness. Offers superior wear resistance and insulation. Ideal for industrial applications, solar panels, and high-level domains. Available in silver, black, bronze, champagne, and gold.
CNC Precision: Accurate cutting (0.05mm to 0.5mm), drilling, tapping, and slotting. Deep processed profiles meet various installation requirements for mechanical frames and construction decoration.
