We are a factory, OEM and ODM services are provided.
What is your payment term?
Usually, we accept T/T. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
How to order the light box?
Please send us your purchase requirements. We need to know the product size, quantity, delivery time required, and shipping destination details.
Can we order a sample before mass production?
Yes, sample orders are available and typically take 5-7 days to finish. Sample fees can be reduced in the subsequent bulk order.
How do you ensure product quality?
The entire production process strictly follows CE standards. Every procedure is supervised by our QC department, with a final check before shipping.
What about express charges for samples?
If you have a courier account (DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS), we can send samples via freight collect. Alternatively, you can pay the freight to us and we will ship via prepaid.
